Terms of Use

1. Nature of Service

ALYS is a Secondary Data Source. The insights generated by this system are AI-generated analytical outputs derived from personal profile inputs (birth date, time, location, and name). They are designed as a supplementary layer of strategic reflection — a data-driven reference point to support your own thinking and judgment.

ALYS does not generate forecasts, projections, or prospective claims of any kind. It identifies potential signal patterns and timing indicators based on consistent mathematical models. All outputs are offered as probability-weighted data points for your consideration, not as certainties or directives.

2. The Primary Intelligence

You are the Primary Intelligence. Your own logic, direct observations, and lived reality take precedence over any vector or signal identified in this report. By using ALYS, you acknowledge that:

• ALYS is a tool for reflection; the final interpretation and any next steps remain your sole responsibility.
• No output from this system constitutes professional advice of any kind — Financial, Legal, Medical, or otherwise.
• You accept full personal responsibility for the use of the information provided and for any decisions made in connection with a report.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

3. No Professional Advice

ALYS reports are not a substitute for, and should not be interpreted as, financial advice, legal counsel, medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, or regulated professional services. Always consult a licensed professional for specific concerns in these domains.

4. Privacy & PII Zero-Persistence

ALYS is built on a PII Zero-Persistence model. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) — including your full name, complete birth date, and birth time — is processed solely to generate your unique report and is never retained on ALYS servers beyond the duration of the active session.

User Responsibility — File Custody: Because ALYS retains no PII and no report data after the session ends, ALYS is unable to retrieve, recover, or re-generate any PDF once the browser session is closed. The user is solely responsible for downloading and saving the generated file immediately upon delivery. ALYS accepts no liability for lost files resulting from failure to download before session termination.

AI Processing: Data is processed through high-tier, third-party AI models. We prioritize environments that respect data integrity, but we advise users that AI-mediated processing is a fundamental part of the service. ALYS provides the secure gateway for this processing but does not control the internal logic of external AI providers.

Analytics: ALYS uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous, aggregated website usage data (pages visited, session duration, geographic region). No PII entered into the ALYS form is shared with Google Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4a. Anonymous Operational Metadata

Where the user provides explicit consent at the point of purchase, ALYS retains a minimal set of anonymous, non-identifiable operational metadata for the sole purpose of system optimization and global trend research. This data is strictly separated from any PII and contains no personal identifiers whatsoever.

The following fields are logged only upon explicit user consent:

• Anonymized Client ID — a randomly generated code (e.g. “ALYS-7a3b”) with no link to your name, contact information, or identity.
• Year of Birth — the year only (YYYY). The month and day are never logged or stored.
• Country of Birth — country name only.
• Product Type — which output was purchased (Strategic PDF Dossier).
• Purchase Timestamp — the date and time of the transaction.

Legal basis: Explicit Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may decline consent at checkout with no impact on your report or access to purchased products. No combination of the above fields constitutes direct personal identification.

This data is used exclusively for aggregate statistical analysis — such as understanding which output layers are most used and which global cohorts engage with the service. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for targeted advertising or profiling.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service and reports are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. ALYS Systems and its contributors provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy or applicability of the generated signals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of ALYS bear no responsibility for any action taken or outcome experienced in connection with the use of the system. This includes financial, professional, or personal results. Use of this service is an act of personal choice and is entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The ALYS engine, its processing logic, visual design, and proprietary terminology are the exclusive intellectual property of ALYS Systems. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal dispute arising from the use of this system shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv or Central District, Israel.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALYS provides a single digital output: the Strategic Reflection Dossier (PDF). This document is a bespoke, customized digital product generated in real-time based on unique user inputs (Strategic Framework, Trajectory Indicator, Operational Profile, and Core Identity signals). It is assembled and delivered immediately upon processing initiation. No other media assets (audio, visual, or otherwise) are included with this product.

All sales are final once processing begins.The Dossier is consumed at the moment of generation. Because it constitutes a customized digital content product delivered at the user's express request and fully consumed upon delivery, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) governing digital content that has begun to be performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

No Recovery After Session Close: In accordance with the PII Zero-Persistence model (§4), ALYS cannot retrieve, recover, or re-generate any report once the browser session is closed. Users are solely responsible for downloading their file immediately upon delivery. Failure to download before session termination does not constitute grounds for a refund or re-generation request.

In the event of a verified technical failure that prevents delivery of the purchased output, users may submit a support request to support@alys4u.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing their anonymized transaction reference. ALYS will assess each case on its merits.

An anonymized transaction log is maintained for audit and fulfillment verification purposes, in strict accordance with Section 4a of these Terms.
