1. Nature of Service

ALYS is a Secondary Data Source. The reports generated by this system are AI-processed analytical outputs derived from personal profile inputs (birth date, time, location, and name). They are designed to function as a supplementary layer of strategic reflection — not as a primary decision-making tool.

ALYS does not predict the future. It identifies signal patterns and timing vectors based on deterministic numerological and positional models. All outputs should be understood as probability-weighted orientations, not certainties.

2. User Responsibility

You are the Primary Intelligence. Your own logic, direct observations, and objective reality take precedence over any vector or signal identified in this report. By using ALYS you confirm that:

• You will cross-reference all recommendations with your live operational context before acting.
• You understand that no output from this system constitutes advice of any kind — Financial, Legal, Medical, or otherwise.
• You accept sole personal responsibility for any decision made in connection with a report generated by ALYS.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

3. No Professional Advice

ALYS reports do not replace and should not be interpreted as financial advice, legal counsel, medical diagnosis or treatment, psychological therapy, or any other form of regulated professional guidance. If you require professional advice in any of these areas, consult a licensed and qualified professional.

4. Data & AI Processing

Personal data entered into ALYS (name, birth date, birth time, country) is processed to generate your strategic report.

AI Processing Notice: You acknowledge that your data is processed through third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). These external services may process data as part of their standard operational and model-improvement protocols. ALYS does not guarantee that data will not be used for machine learning purposes by these providers and bears no responsibility for the internal processing mechanisms of third-party AI services.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service and reports are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

The creators, operators, and contributors to the ALYS system bear no responsibility whatsoever for any action taken, decision made, or outcome experienced in connection with the use of any ALYS-generated report. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, professional setbacks, or personal distress. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The ALYS system, its unique algorithmic logic, report structure, visual design, and brand terminology are the exclusive intellectual property of ALYS Systems. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

ALYS Systems reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal dispute arising from the use of this system shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv or Central District, Israel.
